Kollectivet offers free shipping on all orders in Norway. Now, we also offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express! Our shipping and returns policy clearly outlines everything you need to know about shopping your jewelry with us.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY TIMELINES

​

Ready to ship pieces

  • Norway: You can choose your desired option upon checkout.

    • ​PostNord: free delivery to your nearest post office or pick up point within 4-7 business days.

    • DHL Express - On Demand: NOK 150 for climate neutral delivery within 1-2 days to your door step. You have the flexibility to choose your own delivery date and time slot.

  • International shipments: We offer global door step delivery via DHL Express On Demand Climate Neutral delivery to selected countries. Depending on your location, it can take between 2-5 days for the order to arrive. Please scroll below to Prices & Shipping locations for the relevant shipping costs.

For pre-order and custom made pieces

The delivery time will vary based on design and gemstone availability. The expected delivery time will be stated in the product description. If not, we require a minimum of 6-9 weeks to process custom orders. We will keep you updated throughout the whole process - from start to finish. In any case where we suspect delays, we will contact you right away.

 

 

IMPORT CUSTOMS & DUTIES

​

  • Norway: All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.  The price you see is the final price you pay!

  • All other countries: Kollectivet uses DHL Express for international shipping. We ship using incoterms DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) which means that there are no extra costs to be paid when you receive your package! All taxes, customs and import duty are pre-paid by Kollectivet AS. Only additional charge on your shopping cart will include delivery cost to the country of choice (see below).

PRICES & SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Please see below the countries we currently ship to via DHL Express, and the relevant shipping cost. Import customs and duties will be prepaid by Kollectivet and you will not be required to pay any additional charges on delivery.

  • NOK 150: Sweden (approx. SEK 145) and Denmark (approx. DKK 95)

  • NOK 350 (approx. EUR €30/ USD $34): Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican.

  • NOK 500 (approx. USD $48): Australia, Bahrain, Brunei, Georgia, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates.

DHL ON DEMAND & GO GREEN

​

DHL is our primary delivery partner. Through the DHL GoGreen programme, we are able to offer carbon neutral deliveries offsetting our emissions through internationally recognised climate protection projects that aim to neutralise the shipment’s CO2 emissions.

 

DHL Express On Demand facility offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. You will receive a notification by text or email with a delivery date and any additional options offered by DHL On Demand in your area. Follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including: 

  • Change delivery date: Choose a delivery date that's right for you.

  • Redirect the shipment to another address or agreed recipient.

  • Vacation hold: DHL will hold your package for up for 30 days. They will deliver your parcel on the chosen date.

  • Arranging to collect your order from a DHL service point.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

 

Once we have received your order, we will send you an electronic invoice to the provided e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. Please ensure that you enter the correct name, e-mail and mobile number when placing your order. Further, you will receive a shipping confirmation when the item is on its way to you. We will always strive to fulfill your order within the estimated delivery time.

If you wish to have your item delivered sooner, please let us know by email and we will try our best to accommodate your wish.

​

By making a purchase from www.kollectivet.com, you have opted to agree to Kollectivet's store policy. The purchase receipt sent via e-mail serves as a proof of purchase between you and Kollectivet AS (company ID 928 848 930).

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  1. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, you have by law a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
     

  2. The item must be in its original condition (not be used, damaged, or washed), and original packaging and labels to be eligible for a refund.
     

  3. If the 14-day deadline has expired, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund.
     

  4. Custom made orders, pre-order items, and any product that has been resized/remade to your liking cannot be returned. If you find any errors in your custom order, please contact us immediately so we can help you.
     

  5. To process returns, please contact us so we can provide you with a shipping label. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. 
     

  6. If the products have defects or deficiencies, they are treated as a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. It is important that errors and omissions are reported as soon as they are discovered - within 5 days of receiving your order. We prefer to be contacted in writing, ideally via email, in the event of complaints. In the event of complaints, we will of course cover the return postage costs.
     

  7. Refunds will be processed the same way the purchase was made. Please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
     

  8. In the same way that it is our responsibility that the package arrives to you, it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that the package returns to us. We therefore recommend using tracking for return shipments. Remember to take note of the tracking number.
     

  9. The address the package must be returned to is: Kollectivet AS, Flafjellet 54, Fagerstrand 1454, Nesodden.
