Kollectivet treats all personal information confidential. Kollectivet does not sell, exchange or in any other way forward personal data to third parties.

Klarna uses the information to assess whether you qualify to use their payment methods. The information used is name, address, e-mail, telephone number, payment history as well as order information such as payment method, shipping type and order details. The use of such information is regulated in accordance with Klarna's privacy policy.

 

Storage of customer data

We store, among other things, the name, address, and e-mail of our customers who have shopped online. This information is needed to deliver the goods to your home and to be able to follow you up in the event of any problems with the order. Norwegian law requires us to store customer information in connection with accounting, tax handling and return handling.

Our company is hosted on the WIX platform. WIX provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through WIX's data storage, databases and the general WIX applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

Financial data

We do not store any credit card numbers. All card transactions take place externally with authorized providers of payment services. All direct payment gateways offered by WIX and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

Newsletters and email marketing

Kollectivet sends out newsletters via e-mail to those that have chosen to subscribe for such services. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided at the bottom of the newsletter. If you cancel or abandon an online purchase and we have your e-mail, we will send a reminder e-mail with a copy of the abandoned shopping cart. You can also unsubscribe from such reminders via the link provided at the bottom of the email.
